5. Quotes, Proposals, and Payments

- Payments are due according to the agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may incur administrative fees.

- Respond to communication requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
- Obtain all necessary rights for third-party content or assets provided to Octsols.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, project details, and non-public data exchanged during the course of engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Octsols may integrate or utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google Cloud, HubSpot, Cloudflare). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Octsols is not liable for any performance or data issues arising from third-party systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Octsols will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
- Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
