Teddy Fresh is a bold Los Angeles-based streetwear brand founded in 2017, known for colorful, nostalgic design, playful graphics and frequent capsule collaborations. Wikipedia+1 The client aimed to upgrade their online presence to better support high-volume product drops, a global fanbase, and enhanced mobile shopping experiences while maintaining the brand’s unique visual identity and culture.

We initiated a rapid discovery sprint: analysing traffic peaks during previous drops, mobile versus desktop conversion behaviour, and inventory management bottlenecks. Using these insights, our team built a tailored eCommerce solution on Shopify (or equivalent) suited for frequent drop-cycles and global operations.
The design emphasised bold visuals and intuitive navigation while the development focused on performance tuning, variant architecture and drop-ready infrastructure. We incorporated scalable templates for collections, bundle logic, and real-time inventory visibility for fast-moving SKUs.

Post-launch, Teddy Fresh’s website was equipped to handle high-speed collection roll-outs with improved reliability, while preserving the brand’s bold visual aesthetic and engaging fan community. The internal team gained flexibility to deploy new collections and campaigns without heavy development backlog. The global customer experience became more consistent and mobile-friendly, making the brand’s online storefront more aligned with its streetwear identity.
