The Autism Science Foundation (ASF) is a U.S.-based non-profit committed to advancing evidence-based autism research and providing accurate information to families and scientists. autismsciencefoundation.org+1
ASF approached us to redesign their website in order to enhance their digital presence, improve accessibility of research and resource content, and better support their audience including families, researchers and professionals.
We conducted a comprehensive discovery phase: mapping user journeys for families and scientists, performing a content audit of ASF’s resource library, and assessing accessibility gaps. Based on insights, we developed a clean, flexible website structure built on a robust CMS platform (WordPress or similar) suitable for ASF’s non-profit needs. The redesign balanced scientific credibility with approachable design, ensuring heavier research-content sections and user-friendly resources co-existed seamlessly.
The redesigned website allowed ASF to present its mission, research and resources with clarity and professionalism. Families found it easier to navigate to relevant support content, while researchers could quickly access grant and study information. The new platform strengthened ASF’s digital outreach capabilities and positioned the organisation for future growth in community impact and scientific collaboration.
