The Challenge of the Project

  • The existing website and digital infrastructure lacked seamless alignment with their high-velocity SaaS operations: content, lead capture, and demo-flows were fragmented and lacked marketing automation.
  • They needed to integrate their value narrative (predictive analytics, Voice-of-Customer data) with an optimized site experience built for conversion, while supporting global visitors.
  • Internally, the marketing & sales teams sought a unified CRM + marketing-automation stack (HubSpot) to enable efficient lead-management, segmentation and nurture workflows.

Our Solution & Approach

We initiated a discovery phase mapping web visitor behaviour, content-performance gaps and the existing lead journey. Based on these insights, our team redesigned the digital experience and marketing infrastructure:

  • Rebuilt the website on a modern CMS integrated with HubSpot CMS + Marketing Hub, enabling seamless content updates, global visitor detection and dynamic personalization.
  • Designed and implemented lead capture flows, interactive demo-request modules and gated resource libraries, all integrated into HubSpot CRM for automatic contact creation, lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Created and deployed automated nurture campaigns tailored for different audiences (retail brands, luxury goods, mass market) leveraging HubSpot workflows, smart logic and behaviour-based triggers.
