The client was looking to reposition their website and lead-generation infrastructure to better serve both SMBs and enterprise clients, while leveraging the full capabilities of the HubSpot ecosystem for marketing, CRM and automation.

The Challenge of the Project

Guest Suite’s previous website lacked a unified lead-generation framework and wasn’t fully leveraging marketing automation. Key challenges included:

  • Disconnected visitor journey from awareness → demo request → onboarding, limiting conversion rates.
  • Manual workflows for lead capture, no segmented nurturing for different customer profiles (independent businesses vs networks).
  • Need to integrate website content, review-management tools, and HubSpot CRM to enable real-time lead scoring, segmentation and follow-up.

Our Solution & Approach

We kicked off with a workshop to map visitor personas, funnel stages and existing conversion bottlenecks. Based on this, our team rebuilt the digital architecture using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub as the core platform.

 Key actions included:

Design of an intuitive, UX-focused website layout aligning with Guest Suite’s brand identity and ensuring smooth transition from content consumption to demo booking.

    • Migration of forms, landing pages and content into HubSpot, enabling lead capture, automatic contact creation and role-based segmentation.
    • Implementation of nurturing workflows tailored to different audience segments: independent businesses, retail networks, enterprise accounts.
    • Integration of the HubSpot CRM with Guest Suite’s internal toolset to provide a single source of truth for leads, reviews-data and customer engagements.
