As the brand expanded its direct-to-consumer (D2C) footprint and international distributor network, Allbirds sought a digital platform that could mirror its eco-conscious identity while delivering a seamless shopping experience across regions.
We conducted a detailed audit of the legacy site’s architecture, performance metrics and international traffic behaviour. Armed with these findings, our team developed a new digital architecture on Shopify (or similar eCommerce stack) suited for scale, multi-region deployment and brand storytelling.

The new platform enabled Allbirds to present its sustainability credentials and product innovation front-and-centre, while also delivering a high-performing global commerce experience. Internal workflows became more efficient for launching new products and entering new geographies. The redesign supported the brand’s growth ambitions and reinforced its position as a digital-first sustainable lifestyle label.
